Lady Heyes has a scarecrow trail running for the next month where each shop has been encouraged to make a scarecrow to display outside their shop. As we were passing Lady Heyes in the dusk earlier tonight on our way back from our favourite fish and chip restaurant we glanced down towards our shop and to our horror saw a car with full beam on, facing the side door. We screeched to a halt, turned around and raced back and round the car park............to find Joel and his girlfriend Dani securing the scarecrow they had made, to the drainpipe. Guess who the scarecrow was modelled on?
I run my own retail store on the Lady Heyes Craft & Antique Centre in Frodsham, Cheshire, which is full of the latest papercrafting products. We have
an exciting workshop and residential retreat
programme teaching cardmaking, scrapbooking/mini-books, and home decor. We also
have regular crops, and craft & chats.
Married to Nige, we have a son, Joel, and daughter, Georgia. Our family wouldn't be complete without our three dogs, Boo (our 13 stone Newfoundland), Teddy (our Norfolk Terrier), Cubby (our Cavalier King Charles and Bichon mix), and our beautiful Birman cat, Tilly.
