More ways with Washi!

Hope you are having a good week. Apart from the weather (nothing new there) I've had a productive week planning and prepping and teaching - oh, and practising my cup skills. If that means nothing to you follow the YouTube link on our Facebook or twitter pages.

Here are some more uses for washi tape, as promised -

Stick it back to back so it can be used as a tag tie.

Fold over as an edge around a piece of card or accordion fold a spiral to make a flower.

Stick randomly across a card or tag (keep the ripped ages for a grungey look).

Fold over twine as bunting. Cut bottom of pennants any shape you want.

Completely cover a tin.

Use as a binding on a spine or to join pages together.

Cover a plain piece of card and then diecut it. They could then be coloured with a felt applicator and alcohol ink.

Or punch it and then emboss it and then rub ink over.

To colour with alcohol inks lay a strip on your heat resistant mat and use your felt applicator to apply ink. When dry peel off the mat and use.

Hope some of these ideas are useful.

Have a great weekend. I am looking forward to a 12 hour scrapathon tomorrow with Danish pastries for breakfast and pizza for tea and lots of cake inbetween!
